Service we Provide:
Techno Apogee for all the Security Product’s provides one Year full Warrantee with spare parts and after Sales Service free of cost from the Date of Delivery sold by us. We Warranty that each Security Product sold by us is new and free from all manufacturing defects.

Our Delivery Receipt is your proof of Purchase of our Product and the Warranty period commences as of the date of the Delivery Receipt. This Warranty extends only to the original purchased product and is not transferable.

During the Warranty Period we will, at no additional charge and subject to the terms of this Warranty, ensure that our Security Product is operational as per its function stated in our original catalog.

Annual Maintenance:
Techno Apogee undertakes to perform backup service, replace or repair the defect or un-functional item of any product or part of the Electronic Security System. We shall maintain sufficient supply of spare parts and of the product to ensure the above maintenance, even if the product is withdrawn or discontinued from the market, and during the maintenance period we, as vendor, shall perform:
  •  Quarterly check-up of the system.
  • Replace any defective part or product as per our warranty terms.
  • Provide updated manual, if any.
 We will constantly beside our valued client for better backup service as long as need.
